How much does hypnotherapy cost?
We offer a range of accessible options:
Group Hypnotherapy Sessions: $50 per session or $150 for a 4-Week Universal Pass (includes 1 free session).
Private 1:1 Sessions: $150–$175 per session (application only).
Refining Series: A seasonal 5-session program offered at no cost for those in financial need (by application only).
Subscription Offerings: Launching soon — affordable, faith-grounded care you can access anytime.
Do you offer group hypnotherapy?
Yes! Group hypnotherapy is the heart of what we do at Refining Hypnotherapy. These 50-minute sessions are held live online and designed to help you reset your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with peace — all from the comfort of your space.
You’ll be gently guided by Lindsay in a safe, welcoming atmosphere. Perfect if you're seeking affordable support, or just curious about subconscious work in community.
How long does it take to make progress?
Everyone’s journey is different, but many clients begin noticing shifts — like better sleep, calmer reactions, or less inner noise — within the first few sessions. Group hypnosis can offer immediate nervous system relief, while 1:1 work (including our Refining Series) is ideal for deeper rewiring over time.
Progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. Small shifts add up.

Is hypnosis mind control?
Nope — that’s just a movie myth. Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness. You’ll always be in control, aware, and able to choose what feels safe for you. At Refining Hypnotherapy, everything is consent-based, faith-anchored, and trauma-informed.
Can hypnotherapy actually help me?
If you’ve tried mindset work or traditional therapy and still feel stuck — hypnotherapy may be the missing piece.
It works by gently guiding you beneath surface-level thoughts to access and shift subconscious patterns that shape your reactions, beliefs, and body responses.
From chronic anxiety to self-sabotage to difficulty sleeping, many clients experience meaningful shifts within just a few sessions. It’s not magic — it’s nervous system repair. And yes, it actually helps.
Why are 1:1’s limited and through application only?
To protect both your transformation and my capacity.
I intentionally reserve a small number of 1:1 spaces so I can show up fully for each client — without burnout, rushed care, or overbooking. Applications help ensure it’s the right fit, at the right time, for the kind of deep work we’re doing.

What should I expect during a session?
Whether you're joining a group or 1:1 session, expect a calm, safe space to soften the noise and reconnect with your inner world. You won’t cluck like a chicken — promise. Most sessions begin with gentle grounding, followed by guided hypnosis tailored to your focus (sleep, stress, confidence, etc.). You’ll remain aware and in control the whole time. In group sessions, no talking or sharing is required — just show up and receive. Most clients leave feeling lighter, more rested, and deeply regulated.
